While there is clear progress being made and we are thrilled with each new day's work, there is definitely no cooking happening in our kitchen yet. We are, however, still working on a sweet, perfect, little treat - Baby Girl Schulz!
It has been awhile since I shared an update, but all is going really well. Our appointments (now every 2 weeks) have been insanely short lately because the pregnancy is going so smoothly and we don't have big questions. The little gummy bear is growing well and moving ALL. THE. TIME. I am SO thankful for every little kick, roll, and squirm, but do not remember Dax being such a wild baby or pushing so hard - sometimes she actually hurts me! I am expecting a little firecracker. :)
Here's an update of the past few check-ups. The pictures on the left show this pregnancy and right show that stage with Dax. She feels a lot bigger and heavier, but I actually think they look pretty similar...

New Kitchen
Remodeling the kitchen was at the top of our list when we moved into our house. 6 years ago. After a lot of talking, planning, and saving, we decided now was the time to make it happen and we are SO excited to have an updated space that is more functional and has better light. After the first two days we are surviving without a kitchen, Dax has been entertained by the "workers" as he calls them, and we are thrilled that it is in progress!

4th of July
This year was special for several reasons - Jake took the 3rd off as well so we had a couple fun days as a family, the weather was incredible, it was Dax's first experience with fireworks, and the 4th was on a Friday so we were able to extend the celebrating into the weekend. We had an awesome time with trips to both the Como and MN Zoo, playing at Centennial Lakes, a parade, lunch at Gma's house, and fireworks. Whew!
Happy Independence Day everyone!
