Staycation Friday

We ended our week with another packed day. We woke up Friday morning and met Dax and my parents at the Original Pancake House. Yum!

We were tempted to lay low in the afternoon, but couldn't justify wasting any of our family time. Thus, we made our second attempt to visit the Wild Rumpus bookstore. This time we were successful and Dax LOVED it!

Finally, we enjoyed another meal out at Mozza Mia. It was delicious and the perfect, low-key way to end an incredible week together.

Whew! We could not have had a better week and are so thankful to have gotten the opportunity for extra family time. We loved exploring some of the fun places around us and look forward to going back. Happy Anniversary, Jake. Here's to many, many more years together. I love you!
